The Medico-Legal and Postmortem examination reports should only be prepared online on MedLEaPR Web application (URL : www.medleapr.punjab.gov.in) and no hand written reports should be issued to any person/police or any concerned authority in any case.
Departmental proceedings will be done against the person( Health Department Employees), if found guilty of issuing hand written Medico-Legal and Postmortem reports.
